General Maintenance Instructions

Keep bottom rails or channels clear of obstruction.
At least once a year inspect running gear and fittings for free operation.
Inspect all fixings and screws and bolts, including those securing brackets and top guide/track, ensure that all are tight.
Persistent problems, especially with the hinge fixing screws, are ususally an indication that leaf widths or hinge centre distances are incorrect.
